Emergency Communications Officer (Williams Landing)
Triple Zero Victoria is currently recruiting Emergency Communications Officers at all our locations for commencement in 2025.

About Triple Zero Victoria
Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.
This integration of emergency services communications within Triple Zero Victoria is unique in Australia and rare worldwide. The team at Triple Zero Victoria is deeply committed to the community it serves and is among the most dedicated and highly skills in its field.

About the Role
Emergency Communications Officers (Triple Zero Call-takers) receive and process all emergency and non-emergency triple zero calls from the public and other emergency service agencies.
There really is no average day as an Emergency Communications Officer - every day is different and rewarding in equal amounts. You could be helping someone in their worst moment, and they will rely on you for your composure and ability to guide them through the call. You will be well supported from your first day with us, with fully paid comprehensive training, before you then start talking real triple zero calls with your teammates, with team leaders on hand to support, guide and help whatever the circumstances.
We have several roster options available depending upon your preferred location. These options allow employees flexibility and balance to meet their individual circumstances and work preferences, and include: full-time rotating roster, full-time set roster and part-time set roster.

Applicants must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
