Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role

 

The primary focus of the Workforce Capability Support Officer is to provide administrative support for the TZV Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Workforce Capability activities.

 

Responsibilities will include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to complete scheduling of course activities to our new and existing employees, data entry into a student management system (e.g. VETtrak), Learning Management System (Moodle), compliance review and checking, assisting the RTO team in general and facilitating TZV RTO staff.

 

Day to day responsibilities include:

 

  • Scheduling of end-to-end training and development activities across the organisation
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and align expectations
  • Support RTO administration, including student enrolments, attendance, results and reporting
  • Provide analysis and advice on scheduling impacts to support operational performance
  • General administrative support; including organising meetings, agendas and minutes

 

 

About You

 

The successful candidate will have completed Year 12 or equivalent, and have a Certificate in Business Administration, as well as the following skills and experience:

 

  • Good understanding of an enterprise-based learning environment
  • Understanding of the Victorian VET Statistical Collection Guidelines
  • Ability to prioritise and organise tasks, and problem solve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
