About Triple Zero Victoria
Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role
The Strategic Communications Advisor (Next Gen CAD) is a key and active participant of the Stakeholder Engagement Stream in the Next Generation CAD Project Team.
The goal of the Stakeholder Engagement project stream is to provide strategic communication experience to enable the successful rollout of the Next Gen CAD platform, a significant project for Triple Zero Victoria and part of the Transformation Project.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Stakeholder Engagement, the role designs, drives and delivers key, strategic, people- focused communication initiatives and develops and delivers effective communication strategies and supports the Next Gen CAD project to drive a healthy, constructive culture and open communication.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic communications advice, by collaborating and coordinating stakeholder communications across the project
- Drive, develop and deliver key communication artefacts for the project
- Writing accurate, timely and purpose driven communications to engage all levels of the organisation
- Respond to changing priorities and demands with an adaptive, resilient and flexible approach
About You
The preferred candidate will have a Diploma/Tertiary qualification in Communications and Engagement or related discipline, as well as the following -
- Demonstrated high-level strategic communication capabilities and experience, including in contemporary communication strategies that support change management.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, preferably with government or statutory organisations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and personal presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a variety of stakeholders and demonstrable facilitation and liaison skills.
- Demonstrable skills to operate TZV’s Content Management Systems and design, editing and Microsoft systems, and competence in utilizing computer applications.
