About Triple Zero Victoria
Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role
The On Call Integration Project forms part of the Cardinal Program and is responsible for delivering critical system and data integration between Next Generation OnCall CAD system and Emergency Service Organisation (ESO) dispatch systems. The Senior Project Manager is a key leadership role within the Cardinal Program team responsible for delivering this key Project within the agreed timeline, scope and multi-million-dollar budget.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain all core project documentation—including Project Management Plans, budgets, schedules, status reports, and key controls (risk, issue, variation, and lessons learned logs)—in accordance with TZV’s framework.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance and reporting aligned with the Project Management Framework to drive oversight and decision-making.
- Plan project resource requirements and lead a cross-functional matrix team of Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Engineers to drive end-to-end delivery from design through validation.
- Lead Change Management and Communication Plans to drive seamless adoption and keep internal and external stakeholders continuously informed
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Procurement), external vendor/consultant partners, and external stakeholders (ESOs) to deliver all project objectives collaboratively
About You
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management and/or recognised certification in project delivery methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent).
- Extensive project management experience in large technology projects.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully implement, coordinate and deliver projects with multiple users over multiple sites.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence others to obtain support and work toward a common goal.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies is highly desirable.
