About the Role

 

Reporting to the Director, Transformational Change, the Senior Manager, Operating Model will be a key member supporting Triple Zero Victoria’s digital transformation project. The role will build frameworks and design with a focus on optimised and sustainable outcomes that support the implementation of a Next Generation Computer Aided Dispatch system for Victoria’s triple zero (000) service. A key focus for the role will be to incorporate modern and agile methods to enable effective change delivery focused on community outcomes and user experience.  The role will also with establish ongoing operating model requirements with change governance and support operational and organisational processes to be maintained into the BAU context.

 

 

About You

 

The preferred candidate will be comfortable with engaging stakeholders at all levels and will have a blend of strategic thinking, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills. and be accountable and autonomous.  The following skills and attributes are required for the role:

 

  • Experience in the development and preparation of clear, concise and authoritative documents that provide advice on opportunities and risks and inform and influence on matters relating to process and workforce design
  • The ability to collaborate and communicate confidently and effective with the ability to present messages in a clear and concise manner
  • An inquisitive and proactive mindset to oversight the establishment of contemporary and agile service design principles.
  • Substantial experience in Emergency Management operations and service management
