About Triple Zero Victoria
Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role
The Senior Manager, Business Enablement plays a vital role in measuring and improving performance within Emergency Communications Information Services (ECIS), and identifying and implementing opportunities to improve accountability, planning and culture within ECIS.
Reporting into the Director, Technology, Strategy, Enablement and Resilience, the role is accountable for delivering value to TZV and the emergency sector through effective project delivery practice management, demonstrating a continuous improvement approach and providing a positive customer experience.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Identify and report on Key Performance Indicators to measure ECIS success and efficiency; and recognise and reward contributions to the success of ECIS deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective organisational change management within ECIS and assist in uplifting major transformation initiatives in other parts of the organisation.
- Provide ongoing development and management to the Business Enablement Team; and lead, manage and motivate people leaders to achieve organisation goals through effective development plans, mentoring and performance management.
- Build a high performing team where staff consistently demonstrate ownership and accountability for their contribution to ECIS; and identify training development opportunities to recognise capability uplift and succession planning.
- Provide high quality executive reports and briefings as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced leader with a strong background in Information Technology, and you will have experience building and managing relationships with key stakeholders in a highly critical and complex work environment.
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
- A Diploma/Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline and a PMP/PRINCE2 Certification.
- Strong and demonstrable experience providing executive briefings.
- Significant experience with organisation-wide transformation programs.
- Extensive knowledge of managing BA practice with strong data analysis and critical thinking skills
- A structured and data-oriented approach to problem solving, commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of proficiency in written and verbal communication.
