About the Role

 

The Recruitment Coordinator plays a central role in supporting recruitment administration for the Next Gen CAD (NGC) project. Acting as the first point of contact for all recruitment related enquiries, the role provides accurate, timely and consistent guidance to stakeholders across the project.

 

You’ll coordinate and support end to end recruitment processes while contributing to broader people initiatives aligned to project delivery. With a strong focus on process and systems, you’ll identify opportunities to streamline recruitment activities, enhance the overall people experience, and work closely with the TZV Workforce Operations team to ensure aligned, consistent and effective recruitment support.

 

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Act as first point of contact for project leads to initiate recruitment for all new project resources.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand project resourcing needs, role requirements and hiring timelines to align with TZV processes and policies.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including coordination of shortlisting, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including scheduling Next Gen CAD induction in partnership with PMO, leaders, employees and internal support teams.
  • Coordinate and provide administration support for Next Gen CAD recruitment initiatives, including maintenance of recruitment pipeline and surrounding activities in data management systems.
  • Respond to HR and workforce coordination enquiries, ensuring accurate, professional advice and proactive communication throughout the recruitment.

 

 

About You

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll have HR generalist experience and the following:

 

  • Experience facilitating and providing administration support for recruitment and selection campaigns
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage a range of tasks and projects simultaneously 
  • A confident and discreet manner in order to appropriately manage sensitive information
  • Exceptionally skilled at developing and maintaining positive relationships with a broad range of peers and business stakeholders
  • Exceptional customer service skills, constantly looking for innovative ways to anticipate and meet customer needs
  • This position has a high volume of administrative duties therefore it is essential that you are highly organised along with being well versed in MS Office and preparing reports. HRIS/HCM experience a strong advantage
  • Detail-oriented, process-minded and cope well managing high volume of People transactions, developing innovative ways to introduce process and system improvement
