About Triple Zero Victoria

 

Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role

 

The Project Officer will be a key member of the project management office supporting Triple Zero Victoria’s digital transformation project.   The role will provide project management advice and support, including the preparation of high-quality reports, briefings and presentations, and effective engagement with internal, emergency services and State Government stakeholders.  Key focus areas for the role include project planning, project delivery, managing budget and project timelines following Triple Zero Victoria’s Project Management Framework.  
 

 

About You

 

The preferred candidate will be comfortable with engaging stakeholders at all levels, while holding the following skills and attributes:

 

  • Experience in the development and preparation of clear, concise and authoritative documents on project matters for varied audiences, including papers and reports
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment, with tight timeframes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders including government stakeholders (with an excellent understanding of the governmental and political system within which Triple Zero Victoria operates).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate and detailed documents, reports and correspondence for executives.
  • Diploma/Tertiary qualification in Project Management and/or Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2 or equivalent) or currently completing
