About Triple Zero Victoria
Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role
The Project Manager is a key member of the ECIS team and plays a critical role in supporting the planning, delivery, and implementation of projects across TZV.
The position is accountable for leading project management activities within ECIS, ensuring delivery in accordance with agreed scope, timelines, and government commitments. Operating within TZV’s Project Management Framework, the Project Manager will be responsible for the development of business cases, project management plans, project controls, and project artefacts. The role will also contribute to the preparation of high-quality briefings, agendas, and reports.
A primary focus of this position is the coordination of internal and external resources, along with the effective management of vendors, to ensure all project objectives are achieved.
Day to day responsibilities include:
• Prepare and maintain all key project artefacts, including business cases, project schedules, and governance documentation.
• Manage project reporting and communications to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Lead project development activities, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders are fully and consistently informed of progress.
• Coordinate resources across the organisation, fostering collaboration to deliver on project objectives.
• Establish and lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring all milestones, performance measures, and deliverables are achieved.
About You
The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Project Management and possess experience delivering medium to large-scale technology projects. Experience in People & Culture (P&C), Workforce Management, or Security will be regarded as advantageous.
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
• Strong stakeholder and vendor engagement skills, with a commitment to achieving superior outcomes.
• Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and secure agreement across diverse stakeholder groups.
• A record of successfully planning, coordinating, and delivering complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience in directing and managing multidisciplinary project teams to achieve strategic objectives.
