Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced delivery manager to join TZV's Next Gen CAD project at a pivotal time of growth and transformation. You will be responsible for supporting the Product Owner in the delivery coordination and execution across product design and build activities, with a strong focus on dependency management, Business-as-Usual (BAU) engagement, and governance support. The role provides flexible support to the Product Owner across ad-hoc and emerging BAU topics, including the Call and Dispatch Solution System, while ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders and effective oversight of solution gaps and supporting components.
The role supports the broader cross functional Next Gen CAD team in driving transformation, enabling the successful integration and deployment of the Next Gen CAD platform.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Ensure delivery activities are undertaken in accordance with organizational policies, governance requirements, security standards and relevant legislative and regulatory obligations.
- Coordinate and monitor cross-functional dependencies, supporting systems and integration activities to identify, manage and resolve delivery risks and issues.
- Facilitate collaboration across business, technology and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve delivery constraints and maintain delivery momentum.
- Monitor solution gaps, supporting components and associated risks, ensuring impacts, mitigation strategies and delivery actions are identified, tracked and communicated.
- Apply business analysis principles and delivery methodologies to support solution design, impact assessments, business cases and the development of practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
About You
You are an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in dependency management, stakeholder coordination and governance support within complex, large-scale project environments. You bring an ability to operate across both project delivery and Business as Usual (BAU) environments, managing competing priorities and delivery risks. With a collaborative mindset, you are comfortable engaging with stakeholders, supporting executive decision-making. You are driven by continuous improvement, have proficiency using Jira (or similar delivery management tools) to manage backlogs, track delivery, monitor dependencies and produce reporting.
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Demonstrated experience in delivery management within complex project environments, with a strong focus on dependency management, stakeholder coordination and governance.
- Proven ability to operate across both project delivery and Business as Usual (BAU) environments, managing competing priorities and delivery risks.
- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks (including Scrum and Kanban) and hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Jira (or similar delivery management tools) to manage backlogs, track delivery, monitor dependencies and produce reporting.
- Well-developed communication, organizational and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and support executive decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities and deliver outcomes in complex and evolving environments.
