About Triple Zero Victoria

 

Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role

 

The Communication and Digital Engagement Officer is responsible for delivering collaborative communication and digital engagement activities that advance TZV's strategic goals and organisational values.

 

This role sits within the Governance Policy & Intelligence Department in the Communications and Partnerships team whose goal is to support the delivery of strategic communications and engagement.

 

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Deliver high-quality digital and multimedia content to support internal and external engagement.
  • Support user needs analysis and the development of effective communication pathways.
  • Coordinate various platforms, including the intranet, newsletters, website, and social media.
  • Work with diverse stakeholders to deliver digital content across multiple channels.
  • Maintain a secure culture by following TZV policies and protecting sensitive information.

 

 

About You

 

 

A candidate with strong interpersonal skills who is detail oriented and process minded with a qualification and/or relevant experience in communications, engagement or a related discipline.

 

The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
  

  • Proven experience in supporting the delivery of communication and engagement activities in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in designing and producing digital assets, including graphics, videos, newsletters, and webinar content.
  • Experience in digital content creation with strong understanding of online engagement channels, social media platforms and design technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that develop and maintain positive relationships.
