Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role

 

The Advisor, Workforce Reporting is responsible for delivering monthly and ad-hoc workforce reporting, as well as providing advisory services to TZV on workforce metrics.

 

The role provides critical data insights to support leaders in understanding workforce trends and translating complex metrics into meaningful and actionable information.

 

Day to day responsibilities include:

  •   Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards in SAP SuccessFactors and PowerBI to meet evolving business needs.
  •   Provide timely value-add workforce analytics and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests with high-quality data insights.
  •   Collaborate with SME's to configure analytics, defining measurement strategies and reporting frequencies that drive decision-making.
  •   Reconcile FTE data between HRIS and budgeted positions, perform data adjustments and maintaining supporting policies.
  •   Facilitate the establishment process by ensuring HRIS data accuracy and strictly adhering to documention and approval workflows.

 

 

About You

 

The successful candidate will have a Certificate or Diploma of Human Resource Management or equivalent or demonstrated HR experience within a large organisation. Accreditation in SAP SuccessFactors or demonstrated experience working with people systems is also essential.

 

The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

  •   Experience in a similar role in a medium to large and complex organisation.
  •   Process-minded and cope well managing high-volume of People Transactions, developing innovative ways to introduce process and system improvement.
  •   Proficiency in SAP Success Factors
  •   Proficiency in PowerQuery and Power BI, and analysing complex datasets
  •   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
